The training "Great leaders inspire Actions" brought together 15 young people from 5 countries - Hungary, Spain, Greece, Turkey and North Macedonia - to educate them about the importance of leadership in everyday life. The training contributed for new learning experiences for the participants where we develop together an atmosphere for exchange of knowledge and experience and point of view of a whole culture, which is in front of us. Also, this training contributed to increasing the knowledge and experience of the organization coordinator with the partner organizations that were involved throughout the process from the idea development, development of activities and participants selection and coordination during the training. The participants gained experiences that will be useful in their lives, while the organizations established a concept of functioning as an example for the next activities. Our goal was to reach more youth leaders and organizations which will get inspired by the topic and would like to create more activities, events, youth exchanges and trainings on similar topics. The goal was achieved, because the participants will promote and spread the message with different kind of events, activities, trainings and so on. Our objectives of this training were: 1) To create leadership abilities of the members 2) To investigate viable methods for supporting NGOs set up social ventures 3) To outfit the participants with instruments and techniques on advancement leadership aptitudes among youngsters. 4) To grow new techniques and devices for leadership and to furnish the members with data about chances of the Erasmus+ Program and to help foundation of new organizations. 5) To create solidarity, advance resilience and encourage shared comprehension between individuals with various foundations through starting intercultural exchange among them Project Results: – Participants developed new competencies in leadership – Participants were encouraged for cooperation between young people and provided access to new networks in the field of leadership – Participants have worked on common tools to create their own leadership skills – Participants have detailed knowledge and skills about Erasmus + Opportunities – New collaborations have been established between participatory civil society and youth organizations and new projects have been designed.
