The intention of executing the Projecting project was to train youth workers and youth workers on how they can create more quality projects and apply strategically for funds in order to gather finances and resources for realizing their projects. The objectives of Projecting are: • To develop possibilities for all partners to find funding methods for their ideas • To train youth workers in gaining skills and competences in finding funding possibilities • To train youth workers on how to include YPFO in their activities • To provide youth workers with project management skills and competences • To create a project with and for youngsters through project management and fundraising • By means of creative self-expression, providing the organisations with new skills, which will benefit them and their environment in the future • To create and disseminate a Google Drive library and to organise workshops in the organisations in order to spread the outcomes of Projecting The objectives of Projecting contributed to the achievement of the main aim which is: • To increase the skills in project management in youth work in order to include YPFO in society
