The ultimate goal of this project is to increase the options of young people to access a job, by increasing knowledge in the new deposits of jobs that are currently being generated and that present a great opportunity for young people who do not benefit from She does not know them. All this taking into account that youth, entrepreneurship and technology are three factors that share characteristics such as dynamism, the ability to adapt to changing realities as a result of innovation. These new jobs, related to collaborative platforms, allow citizens to offer services, encouraging new flexible working modalities and new sources of income. While it is true that obtaining financing is one of the issues that most concern and stop entrepreneurship in European youth today, this should not be an obstacle to successfully carry out a good business idea. Specifically, through the exhaustive analysis of collaborative finance, there is a wide range of possibilities by professional investors or Business Angels and crowdfunding, or collective or mass financing. These initiatives make it possible for every good idea to have the opportunity to come true based on effort, dedication, innovation and technology. NEED: We want to carry out this project because the youth unemployment rate in Europe is 16.8%. Considering full employment is considered when this is 5%, the situation is clearly serious, especially after the COVID 19 crisis, which generated even more unemployment. There has been an improvement over previous years but it is still a big problem. This aggravates if we approach Spain (33%), Malta (10.2%), Portugal (17.2%), Greece (39.6%) Italy (30.3%), with the 24.28% where this rate rises to 33% (Eurostat, 2019). All this as opposed to Norway with youth unemployment rate of (9.7%) and (3.2%) in rate total stoppage. This data is already alarming, but if we compare it to 3.8 million vacant jobs in Europe in the 2019, we confirm that there are many things that are not being done well. One is that citizens are not ready to fill jobs that are constantly being created as a result of the relentless evolution and new technologies. The formal education system does not give you time to adapt your curricula or qualifications, nor university degrees and therefore for many of these jobs, there are not even regulated training. PROJECT OBJECTIVES: - Increase knowledge and skills on new employment sectors. - Exchange experiences and knowledge about the new jobs currently being created. - Provide knowledge on how to access new employment sites. - Create awareness of the skills needed to develop them. We will achieve that these young people have a broader vision of the labor market. The objective of our Project is directly related to the objectives established by the European Commission for this type of mobility projects: - Support students in the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies) with a view to improving their personal development, their participation as active citizens in society and their employability in the European labor market and beyond; - Strengthen synergies and transitions between formal education, non-formal education, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship;
