The aim of the project is to inspire young people to limit the time spent in front of computer screens, phones and tablets and to encourage them to take up activities helpful in finding active and creative ways for spending free time and pursuing new interests. Many young people are negatively affected by a sedentary lifestyle and the use of electronic devices for many hours during the day. Time spent in front of screens is an inseparable part of professional work for most of us and at the same time also the main form of relaxation after work. The described lifestyle negatively affects mental and physical health and leads to diseases of the musculoskeletal system and the spine, weakened eyesight, the development of disorders such as depression, neurosis, insomnia, headaches or chronic fatigue. Moreover, the use of electronic devices exposes young people to the constant reception of large amounts of information, which contributes to inhibiting their creativity, personal development, weakening the ability to concentrate and losing social competences. The problem deepened during the Covid-19 pandemic, when not only work, education and entertainment, but also social gatherings and sports moved to the virtual world. Due to current situation, many young people felt the need to regain balance and develop new habits that would allow them to maintain good psychophysical condition. The aim of the project is to help them find the ways for creative and active rest in accordance to individual needs, preferences, temperament and lifestyle.
