The project "Labor market -" doesn't bite! " responds to the needs of the youth sector and its people who want to increase their chances on the Polish and European labor market. Employers want to employ young, educated people, and in addition with experience in the profession. This is very difficult to achieve because traditional forms of school education focus on theoretical knowledge, which should theoretically prepare for the performance of a specific profession, but in practice a person needs to undergo long adaptation periods to learn "real" work. Young people also lack an understanding of the specifics of effective functioning on the labor market. We also want to emphasize business aspects to create a generation of young entrepreneurs - motivated, brave, creative. The main goals of the project include: 1. Developing soft skills, which are highly valued in the labor market and have a direct impact on the effectiveness of young people in the workplace (e.g. public speeches, skills of correct speaking, ability to work under time pressure); 2. Developing skills related to preparation for work and effective movement on the labor market, i.e. creating a Linkedin profile, cover letter, business plan or schedule of activities that can increase the chance of success on the labor market. 3. Getting to know the work culture of other European Union member states through the exchange of information, insights and comparison of work systems based on the knowledge gained during the youth exchange;
