The main goal of the project was to discuss and exchange good practices on how to cope with the current labor market of young Europeans, which has been further deteriorated by the impending economic crisis. The project arose from the need of young people, who wanted to share with their peers from other countries their experiences of entering the labor market, adapting to the expectations of employers and concerns about the current conditions of the labor market. The exchange included discussions, workshops and exchange of good practices.
