The project aims at increasing youth workers’ competences and skills in graphic facilitation that they could be used in their daily activities with young people. In this way, the project will foster youth workers’ quality of work with young people and, thus, help them reaching their goals, e.g. inclusion and youth involvement, activism, promoting European values, etc. by implementing new methodology (graphic facilitation) in their daily activities. The project aims to improve youth workers’ competences in graphic facilitation and visual thinking and boost their creativity in both personal and professional life. The specific objectives of the project are for youth workers: - to gain knowledge about graphic facilitation methods and tools; - to become more aware of the importance of graphic facilitation in youth work; - to develop skills in visual thinking and graphic facilitation; - to increase their confidence in the field of creativity. We want to carry out the activity because, thanks to it, participants will develop knowledge, skills, and competences in the field of graphic facilitation and, as a result, improve the quality, efficiency and attractivity of their daily work with youth. Participants will improve their attitude towards their own creativity and capability to use graphic facilitation in youth work. By developing knowledge, skills and competences in graphic facilitation during the activity, they will be able to actually enhance their creativity. In other words, we want to awaken their creativity by inviting them to participate in session concretely about creativity awakening, but also by developing knowledge and skills in graphic facilitation, which will allow them to become more competent in the field and feel more confident in it.
