After designing the problem tree, the partners of this project formulated the following main objectives of their project: 1. By being actively involved in this project, 24 youth workers increased their knowledge as to what creativity actually was, who was creative (everyone, not just artists), and how to unleash their creative potential for their own professional lives and young peoples’ professional futures. They learned the elements of creativity, what creative competencies were sought after by employers, and how to utilize creativity and innovation for employability. 2. By being actively involved in this project and its experiential learning methods, 24 youth workers developed their skills to overcome fear, embrace creativity, unblock their creative potential for professional development, formulate goals for their professional futures. These skills were for the purpose of increasing employability prospects and economic opportunities for their youth beneficiaries. 3. By being actively involved in this project, 24 youth workers increased their awareness of the importance of creativity for professional futures and employability and recognized that creativity was more than just using the arts. By the end of the project, they felt more confident with their creative contributions, which they could apply and utilize in their work and empower young people to do the same for the job market. These objectives were also closely linked to the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme KA1: to improve learning performance through self-directed learning, to increase self-empowerment and self-esteem, interpersonal and social competences, and emotional skills; enhanced employability and improved career prospects, to foster decision-making processes and initiative-taking through new non-formal learning practices/methods; to establish contacts with people in other countries which would be useful for future opportunities in various domains; to improve foreign language competences and increase awareness of EU values. This training course aimed to foster a wide variety of personal and social development activities that would help young people find or create their own jobs. Thus, there was a great focus on the promotion of communication, teamwork, innovative problem-solving, self-discovery, creative confidence, goal-setting, decision-making, a sense of initiative, and resilience, which were all key elements for successful job performance.
