The aim of the project is to raise key competences of youth exchange participants. They will have the opportunity to learn as part of the interaction with the local community and from each other, exchanging experience and opinions. What's more, a large part of the program is devoted to reflection, thanks to which they will be able to learn a lot about themselves, and through information sessions on mobility opportunities, discover professional and personal opportunities for themselves. According to the subject of the project, participants will gain knowledge and skills in such areas as: communication skills, self-confidence, decision making, public speaking, entrepreneurship, civic activity, etc. Participants will become more aware of cultural diversity and, therefore, more tolerant. This project will prepare participants to become leaders of groups that are culturally diverse. Project goals: - Providing participants with tools to develop key competences; - Transfer of knowledge and skills that will allow them to play the role of people disseminating the ideas of civic activity, intercultural education, equal opportunities and supporting young people from different areas; - Developing specific leadership skills of participants, such as: intercultural communication, public speaking, group building, dealing with conflicts. - Enabling and motivating participants to share their knowledge, information and experience - Using informal education as a tool for social change - Building a new partnership network composed of young people from rural and urban areas to engage them in youth initiatives supported by youth programs, other aid programs; - Promotion of Erasmus + and other European programs as a tool for inclusion and support for youngsters with fewer opportunities
