The idea of the project was created during the youth exchange, which took place in Romania in December last year. Participants during one of the sessions began to debate on the positive effects of cultural diversity in their countries. The group from Poland, Spain and Romania found out they represent very unique regional cultures. All of them agreed that cultural diversity brings many advantages and intercultural dialogue should be promoted. Everyone interested in the subject showed willingness to undertake educational actions aiming at increasing cultural awareness and promoting intercultural dialogue in our local communities. Project goals: - increasing cultural awareness among project participants; - promoting intercultural dialogue; - strengthening the position of young people and encouraging active participation in their local communities; - preparing a place for creative work in an international environment; - drawing the attention of the inhabitants of Czersk region to the threats of lack of the intercultural dialogue, as well as the need for education in this area and the importance of promoting their culture in harmony with the environment they live in; - expanding the network of contacts and strengthening cooperation between partner organizations of the project, exchange of "good practices" in the field of intercultural dialogue; The goals of the Erasmus + program related to promotion of intercultural dialogue and promotion of active civic attitude among young people and having an impact on the society through taking initiatives have been met. The implementation of the project will contribute to raising the awareness of target groups in the area of cultural awareness and expression, as well as increasing the activity of young people during cultural education events that will be organized as a part of the project.
