The idea of the project arose from our perceived need for educational activities on the issue of negative attitudes of young people towards caring for the environment and gradually decreasing physical activity, developing the European dimension of sports, and sensitizing the public to the dangers of climate change and the downplaying of health problems resulting from excessive stress and low-quality recreation. The main goal of the project is to sensitize the public, through the participants, to care for the environment and a healthy lifestyle, identified not only through the prism of physical activity and healthy nutrition, but also as the ability to control stress and adequate rest. An indirect goal is to achieve synergy between the field of healthy lifestyles and issues related to climate change and contemporary attitudes among young people relating to environmental concerns. Our intention is to achieve the general objectives of the Erasmus+ program by developing the European dimension of sport and in particular universal sport, which is daily physical activity practiced by citizens of the European Union. Our project pays special attention to equality between men and women and respect for human dignity in the practice of various sports, respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities and especially people with disabilities, wishing to lead an active, conscious lifestyle through which it promotes the main values of the European Union. One of the ideas is to support learners in acquiring competencies to expand their personal development opportunities through the use of non-formal education methods aimed at enabling participants to gain knowledge related to ways of caring for the environment and opportunities to spend leisure time in an active way, and education on nutrition and leisure. The project also realizes the objectives of the youth mobility program through the goal of significantly increasing the English language skills of the participants, this will happen because workshops and discussions will be conducted in English.
