As young Europeans, we see the problems that face us in the modern world. Being on the threshold of a professional career, we face a major challenge which is the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, together with our partners, we developed a project aimed at broadening our knowledge of the labor market. Make it easier to find yourself in the realities of the modern world and show how, thanks to social initiatives and involvement in voluntary activities, you can expand your competences and become more attractive for future employers. As part of the project, we expanded our competences in the field of self-presentation, which will make it easier for us to go through the recruitment process, we explored the topic of the employee-employer relationship, we gained knowledge how to manage time effectively, we learned what soft skills can be useful on the labor market, we expanded our knowledge about initiatives social, and we got to know the culture and customs of our partners. The goals of our project were to activate young people in many areas, exchange practices, mutual education, looking for common solutions and care for the quality of public life in Europe. In our assumptions, our project was to be a meeting place and dialogue for young people from different countries. Our project was to respond to the needs of modern Europe and the challenges it faces. The assumed goals were compatible with the goals of the Erasmus + program, such as building a society in the spirit of unity, openness and European solidarity, contributing to the activity of young people, building an integrated continent or reducing unemployment by increasing competences that increase opportunities in the modern labor market. Through thoughtful working methods and topics planned by the participants themselves, the project was in line with the priorities of the Erasmus + program. It is primarily about improving the key competences and skills of participants and promoting participation in the democratic life of Europe. During the exchange, the participants of the project undertook joint activities that allowed them to better identify problems and made it easier to find themselves in the realities of the modern labor market. They learned how, thanks to the organization of social initiatives and involvement in voluntary activities, one can expand their competences and become more attractive for the employer. A very important element was to make each participant aware of what as an individual, as well as what as a whole group can contribute to the labor market and why it is important that the European labor market becomes more and more inclusive.
