Objectives

When planning the project, we wanted to inspire and motivate young people to act in the field of self-development and give them a chance to find themselves in the contemporary world, to help them mark out a path of personal development and provide them with specific tools to achieve their goals. The project was a response to the needs diagnosed in young people: motivation to act, getting to know specific tools for development, building self-confidence and finding inspiration and role models. Based on these, we set the following project goals. The main goal was to motivate young people to sustainable personal development by showing perspectives and providing the right tools to become a more self-aware individual and their own needs. The specific objectives were: - To support young people in their development by showing them the opportunities offered by the modern world taking into account its multiculturalism and diversity. To emphasise the value of a balanced attitude to progress, which not only corresponds to self-development, but is also highlighted by Erasmus+. - Providing young people with concrete methods and tools for self-development, which will help them set goals, plan their implementation and achieve them; indicating directions for development and learning to overcome obstacles that may occur on this path: learning to cope with stress, overcoming one's own barriers, expanding and leaving one's comfort zone with particular emphasis on non-formal and informal education processes, emphasized by Erasmus+. By acquiring these skills, young people gained a better position to enter the labour market. - Providing conditions for reflection and learning on a physical and mental level. Building an international community by spending valuable time in an intercultural environment and making friends, which - as Erasmus+ stresses - fosters active participation in the life of an international and local community. - Showing mindfulness and coaching methods as ways to understand one's own needs. discovering one's own self and building self-awareness as an individual (a value emphasised by Erasmus+), which fosters building one's own identity and feeling like a European citizen. - Promoting effective communication, which fosters intercultural links, supports learning to be tolerant of other cultures and helps to broaden horizons. - To promote the Erasmus+ programme and encourage personal development in various fields, including through the implementation of personal projects. To broaden horizons and to foster tolerance for other cultures, especially those highlighted by the Erasmus+ programme. The main objective and the specific objectives are based on the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme and Action 1.
