The "LOG OUT AND START THE WAVE" project was implemented by 37 young people representing partner organizations from Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Italy and Bulgaria, and our Polish team was the coordinator. All groups involved in the preparation and implementation of the project participated in its implementation and actively cooperated to achieve the goals and assumptions of our activity described in the application. Each of the youth groups involved in our exchange fulfilled their obligations and assigned tasks, and all participants devoted their free time, showing ambition and commitment, contributed during the cooperation of our groups . The leitmotif of our activity was the addiction of young people to the Internet and social media, supporting participants' awareness of the opportunities and threats related to excessive transfer of our daily activities to the online sphere, and promoting active civic attitudes and increasing social activity of young people through more willing involvement in social life locally. The project "LOG OUT AND START THE WAVE" concerned Internet and social media addiction as well as the promotion and support of active citizenship and social activity among young people. While we already had some experience in dealing with this issue, in working with young people on the basis of local activities, none of our groups undertook this topic in the context of work in an international team. In this context, the issues raised by our teams and the entire project were innovative for us and allowed us to transfer our previous local experience to the field of international cooperation. Each of the involved organizations operates locally, working with young people in their local communities, thus supporting young people in the implementation of aspirations related to personality development, education, fulfillment of passions or counteracting identified problems and negative phenomena. The project "LOG OUT AND START THE WAVE" consisted of two mobilities, which were a preparatory meeting and a youth exchange. These are the activities listed in the application and this report as A1 and A2 mobilities: - The preparatory meeting (A1) was held on July 29-30 '22 in Murzasichle, and the travel days for the participants were July 28 and 31 '21, respectively. The preparatory meeting was attended by a total of 12 people, i.e. 1 leader and 1 participant representing each partner group. The preparatory meeting was held in the same place and center as the subsequent youth exchange. - Youth exchange (A2) was carried out on September 3-10, 2022, in Murzasichle, and the travel days for our participants were September 2 and 11, 2022. A total of 37 people, 30 participants and 7 group leaders took part in the youth exchange. Each of the partner groups was represented by 6 people, 5 participants and 1 leader. The exception was the Polish team, which was supported by 2 leaders. The adoption of such a solution was caused by additional tasks and responsibility of the Polish team for coordinating the project. The implementation of our project in 2021, in accordance with the assumptions of our application, was not possible due to pandemic restrictions and difficulties. We decided to take the safe option and implement our actions in late summer 2022. Our decision was the result of many discussions and consultations with NA employees.
