“Boost Your Future 2.0” is a continuation of the Youth Exchange project, which was awarded in the international competition Eurodesk Awards, carried out last year. The decision about the next BYF edition was made by the most committed participants of the first exchange. The atmosphere and design conditions, tools and activities for each class as well as preparations for the final event and its entire implementation became the driving force to be created during the last exchange of specific plans for the next mobility. The exchange showed the youth what else they need for self-development. The first exchange therefore laid a solid foundation for the planning of the BYF 2.0 concept. The international relationship with the new Italian participants, who turned out to be mutual friends of the initiative group, which was naturally enlarged by the entire team of participants in the current mobility, turned out to be incredibly bonding for the new group. The main goal of the project is to understand and shape their role on the labor market by 21 participants from Spain, Italy and Poland at risk of social exclusion, and to skillfully present the professional potential through participatory participation in workshop sessions and building an innovative tool as part of the Youth Exchange. As part of the project activities, young people will share their reflections on the labor market and will jointly create a new tool for determining professional potential. Character Journal will be an alternative to CV and the opportunity to look at your professional career from a more conscious perspective. Project participants, thanks to the mobility activities, will motivate themselves by the name to more consciously participate in the labor market, learn how to use the techniques of role-playing games to develop their professional potential, gain new soft skills, strengthen their sense of agency and initiative, and learn to commune and communicate in a multicultural group. They will share the effects of the project with the local community during the Exchange, decision-makers of the nearby commune and with local youth from their town as part of "Boost Your Future Day" - an information and workshop event organized by young people from each country after mobility.
