The main idea behind this project was to develop attitudes and skills that are key to the values promoted by our organisations. We believe that the opportunities offered by international projects can have a positive impact on our activities and allow us to achieve very good results. After analysing the needs of our organisations, we prepared and developed 7 main objectives that we wanted to achieve through the activities undertaken. These objectives stem from the core values underpinning our organisations and are consistent with what we do on a day-to-day basis and also correspond to the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme. Our main focus is on the individual development of participants, including soft, linguistic and digital competences, promoting intercultural dialogue and Scouting values, and increasing the capacity of organisations to undertake projects of this type. Our objectives were as follows: 1. to develop participants' soft skills, including: interpersonal communication, teamwork skills, and tolerance and openness to intercultural differences - key competencies for people working in any organisation and environment, which especially need to be renewed after the long period of isolation caused by the Covid 19 pandemic. 2. Increasing qualifications and skills among young people entering the labour market and consequently empowering young people - the implementation of an international exchange project is a complex non-trivial task. The validated competences acquired during such a project can be helpful in entering the labour market. 3. Promoting intercultural dialogue - in a globalised world, we must strive to recognise and understand other people's differences in order to cooperate better and more effectively. 4. developing language competences - knowledge of languages is an essential competence in the 21st century. It provides a window on the world for young people, allowing them to travel, work and study without hindrance. 5. Increase the capacity and capabilities of partner organisations in international activities - this objective is mainly aimed at the Polish partner, which can build its capabilities with the help of the more experienced Finnish partner. 6. to develop digital work through the use of new technologies in remote project management and organisation - computer tools are ubiquitous in every aspect of our lives. The ability to use them effectively is one of the key competences of the 21st century. 7. promoting Scouting values - we do not forget the basis of our activities. With this project, we want to promote the values of Scouting in order to encourage young people to become involved in our organisations.
