The Creative Creative Association is a group of young leaders who have been promoting pro-entrepreneurial activities among young people for over 4 years. The project was prepared by young people in response to the information deficit we encountered during our studies, which gave rise to the idea of making a change in the lives of young people who are just looking for their way of life. Based on our own experience, we helped them create their own career path. Practical knowledge supported by experience and reference to the individual needs of the project participants was one of the most important elements of the entire exchange program. The multifaceted nature of activities combined with attractive methods of working with young people contributed to the development of inter-European integration, strengthening ties, discovering one's own strengths and weaknesses, and the development of soft skills. These effects improved the everyday life of young people and made it easier for them to start in the future. The participants, among other things, created their own guide to individual work organization, learned about the tools and methods allowing them to create an image in social media and gained key knowledge in the field of effective presentation. During the trip, workshops were organized with young leaders who inspired the participants and shared their experiences in creating their own ideas and initiatives. Marketing tools and workshop methods are common all over the world and were implemented in partners' institutions and by individual participants using them in everyday life. During the implementation of the program, participants participating in the project acquired valuable skills aimed at: 1) Supporting people in acquiring and improving basic skills and key competences 2) Creating open education and applying innovative practices in the digital age 3) Supporting social commitment and entrepreneurial spirit among young people. 4) Supporting opportunities for everyone in the area of acquiring and developing key competences, including basic skills: with a view to increasing employment opportunities, supporting socio-educational and personal development as well as participation in civic and social life. 5) Increasing intercultural competences (ability to establish relationships in an international environment, improving language skills)
