Our project is characterized by a bottom-up initiative coming from our pupils and students involved in the activities of the Foundation. They asked the leaders to organize a cultural project with an international dimension. We believe that such initiatives should be strengthened, supported and implemented, and this is the result of this proposal. Its main assumption, which is allowing young people to act, is one of the main values that we implement at the Foundation. The basic goals of our project activities are: * creating a space for intercultural integration of young people through joint activities, integration games and the organization of national evenings, * intercultural integration, which will be possible through the exchange of experiences, getting to know different cultures and traditions of the countries participating in the exchange, * breaking the linguistic and cultural barriers thanks to the implementation of common tasks in international groups, * exchange of experiences in the field of learning by young people from different countries by creating a good science vademecum, * combating harmful stereotypes and xenophobia, thanks to the personal experience of other cultures and representatives of other countries, * building a network of international contacts between participants, which will be used for the implementation of further international projects, language learning or subsequent foreign visits * building a linguistic environment through conversations, common tasks carried out in English and learning basic phrases in Greek, Polish and Lithuanian, * building social trust and social capital in action with peers from other countries (in Poland we have one of the lowest social capital indicators), * opening up young people with limited opportunities to the opportunities offered by European integration, including the Erasmus + program * personal development of the project participants, broadening horizons and cultural education through the clash with a foreign culture and the need to present their culture on an international forum * strengthening partnerships between the organizations participating in the project, which will translate into the implementation of further international projects, * creating a joint film that will be a comparison of cultures among the nationalities participating in the project and instructions for foreigners on what to pay attention to, * creating a poster that will summarize the intercultural activities carried out during the exchange and which will be printed in several copies and sent to each of the participating organizations, * recording of a podcast in English, attended by representatives of all exchange countries, and publishing it on YouTube, Spotify and Tidal. * creating an intercultural blog, which will be a kind of exchange journal, where all participants of the exchange will add entries and on which all cultural materials created by young people during the project will be presented and made available, * promoting the Erasmus + program through a wide-ranging campaign of sharing the results of our exchange via social media, in which we will share blog entries, videos, posters and a podcast We want to give youth enthusiasm a real shape. That is why, when implementing the goals of the project, we will rely on Putnam's concept of connecting and bonding capital. The implementation of the project "Multi (cultural) youth experience" is a point that our Foundation has been striving for for many years. We have experienced leaders and acquired international contacts, which we want to strengthen by real cooperation on the implementation. Our activity throughout Poland has enabled us to gather a large number of students and supporters of the Foundation who came out with the initiative of this project. For this reason, its implementation is a response to the needs reported by the charges. Consultation with representatives from Greece and Lithuania allowed us to work out a common agenda, thanks to which we shared the goals of our groups. The most important assumption of our project is integration through culture and mutual learning from each other. Thanks to our experience, we will be able to integrate elements of informal learning and effective learning into our activities. Therefore, all activities we undertake will be learning in action, which is one of the main elements of our Foundation's activities. We hope that the confrontation of contemporary cultures will open our participants to one another and broaden their horizons. In the history of the Polish State, it is culture that defended our national identity more effectively than any army. Foreign participants of our initiative have similar historical experience. That is why we want to show all participants the aspects of culture that connect the European identity of all countries and the factor that binds the foundation of the European approach.
