We are creating this exchange because we want to create space to deal with topics which, by not moving them enough, become taboo for us. We want to create the conditions for ourselves and other people in Europe to dialogue on controversial, personal and important issues on a personal, national and European scale. We believe that through exchanges like ours, we can prove that the views of young people are constructive and that our views are worth taking into account. We want to encourage our peers to formulate their positions and create conditions for an exchange of views. Addressing urgent topics for the EU such as the subject of exile, human rights abuses. We are convinced that each of us deserves to be listened to and supported in overcoming the fear of "revealing ourselves", expressing our views aloud. We want to shape a culture of communication free of hate, ridicule or persecution for opinions. Thanks to empathy, active listening and an appropriate atmosphere free of judgement - we are able to talk about difficult topics. We thought that during the exchange we would be dealing with topics on 3 levels: personal, national and European. This will enable us to reflect, to compare the view of our nation and Europe between groups of young people from several countries, perhaps overthrowing stereotypes. The aim is our common participation and inclusion in the EU community. Around us, we observe dangerous phenomena such as radicalisation and exposure to extremist ideas. We will stimulate the motivation to fight against radicalisation, aware of how the extremes can have consequences for society. The main objectives of the project are: - to increase competences related to the skills of debating, self-presentation and public speaking - to increase competences related to emotional intelligence, i. e. to recognise and express teach - to increase awareness of current and historical aspects of society's functioning, in addition: - to develop the ability to recognise and express feelings - to increase the ability to communicate and talk openly about difficult topics - to reduce divisions in social groups / reduce radical attitudes - to increase knowledge of extremist ideas and the resulting threats - sensitization and development of techniques to respond/eliminate hate speech - opening up to new perspectives in the peer group - to bring closer and familiarize with diversity on the personal, national, European level, - to show the diversity of Europe and overcome stereotypes - European integration, bringing closer the multiculturalism of Europe - increasing the level of debate skills - increasing skills in the areas of mnemonics, self-presentation, voice broadcasting, - increasing awareness of the use of social media and presenting their views on the Internet
