The idea of the project was born during the Covid-19 pandemic, when we were locked in homes and at the same time we had to fulfill our school duties through online activities. One liked this mode, the other did not, but we all unanimously stated that such functioning exerts a negative impact on both our mental and physical health. We've noticed big problems dividing the day into working hours and hours spent on relaxing. As a result, despite a similar number of duties, our level of well-being decreased. In our free time we were stressed by the awareness that there is still a lot of work ahead of us. We conducted interviews and surveys with young people from our schools. It turned out that they have a similar opinion. After a deeper analysis, we find that the majority of young people in our local communities are struggling with this problem and we see the need for a project that would significantly affect youth awareness and improve quality of life. Given that it is not known how long the situation will last when we will remain closed and how education will be carried out in the following semesters, we would like to increase our and our peers' awareness of Work Life Balance - which we defined in several categories (good time management) , coping with stress, the right amount of sport, eating healthy). The main goal of the project is to increase our awareness as participants in the aspect of the Work Life Balance issue so that we have the chance to gain the competences necessary for active and conscious functioning both in society and in the professional sphere and we can share these skills with peers from local communities. We want each of us after the project to be aware of how the factors affect his body, well-being, to know what steps / methods he can take to deal with a stressful situation, and how to plan his day to devote some of it for effective work and the other for equally effective rest. In addition, our second goal is to develop soft skills and teamwork skills
