As people who benefit from extracurricular, musical form of education, we realized that we are in the minority of people who attach importance to developing their competences and extracurricular education. It made us reflect and realize that the art we are devoted to is a difficult professional field, burdened with high risk. In our opinion, the difficulty of finding a musician's job is relatively high, as is the risk of losing it. Music as an element of entertainment is not the basic element of the economy, therefore it is usually one of the last areas of social interest and support for government institutions. Especially in the face of the economic crisis or the outbreak of a pandemic. Translating our example to the whole of society, every young person will have to face the difficulty of finding a job in their profession and may face unemployment - regardless of the chosen profession. One of the objectives of the Erasmus + program is to combat high unemployment, especially among young people. As people from small towns, where the market is not large and diverse, we expect problems with finding a job in adulthood. Usually, we are doomed to leave our hometown. It is worth developing in addition to what the school offers us, participating in extracurricular activities. We conclude this based on our own experience of participating in classes at a music school. It is worth using as much time as possible for development and not finishing education too early. The main goal of our project is to prevent youth unemployment. We intend to achieve the main goal by implementing smaller ones, which we want to define as: 1. Making our peers aware of the problem of unemployment 2. Promoting the principle of lifelong learning 3. Encouraging our peers to develop their competences, develop their passions and interests. 4. Gaining experience and tightening cooperation among musicians, which may have a direct impact in the future on the chances of getting a job as a musician, artist. 5. Promotion of classical music We want to base our project on modern communication methods (Internet, social networks) and new technologies that use sound and image recording tools. We hope that the implementation of the project will increase our chances of employment. Not only in our countries but also on the European labor market.
