The project was created to increase the participants' awareness of the financial crisis caused by the pandemic, as well as to expand their knowledge and skills on the subject of coping with the labor market. The main goal of the project is to conduct interactive activities that made it easier for the participants to find their place in the modern labor market and understand how it works. The use of various methods of non-formal education as well as discussions and tasks in groups helped the participants to understand the current economic situation in Europe and made it easier for them to find their place in the current labor market. The main goals of the project were for participants to learn about various methods of job search, creating a CV, a profile cover letter on LinkedIn, and to find out how to best perform during a job interview. Each participant had the opportunity to acquire new competences and then develop them after the end of the project. The project allowed everyone to get to know new learning tools, especially virtual ones. Various methods of non-formal education were disseminated, everyone had the opportunity to share their experience and knowledge. The financial crisis workshop aimed to understand how the pandemic affected the labor market, what changed and why. Awareness of the labor market helped the participants to understand and thus - predict the economic situation in a given country. Sharing experiences from different countries and economic effects has helped to highlight the same problem from different perspectives. One of the goals was to promote an entrepreneurial attitude and look for development opportunities in the modern digitized world. Sharing knowledge and experience served to show that there are also external factors in the labor market. The project itself, regardless of the topic, is about getting to know different cultures, making contacts in a foreign language and integrating all members of the European Union.
