Aim:Contribute to the integration of gender perspective on youth work, decrease bias and discrimination based on gender through the development of qualified competences in order to promote more inclusive and fair society to all people. Objectives: 1)Raise youth workers awareness and understanding about concepts related to gender such as sexual orientation, gender identity, gender equity, sexism and gender roles contributing to promote their ability to read the world through Gender Perspective lenses. 2)Promote a safe space for youth workers reflection on the importance of gender perspective, and how it may positively influence their daily lives as citizens and as youth workers, as well as the lives of the young people they work with. 3)Empower youth workers with tools and good practices to work with young people based on a Gender Perspective approach and to develop young people’s competences on this matter.
