Objectives

The members of the Implementation Team knew each other, and the organizational needs of each partner matched: youth workers who have little information about inclusion, low level of ability to coordinate discrimination activities, lack of motivation, low level of knowledge about teamwork and the application of non-formal education methods in working with young people (needs found following the SWOT analysis made within each partner). All these needs were the tree of needs made by the partners in the Writing Stage of the project. Then we built the resulting tree that helped us in designing activities that would lead to the achievement of the objectives. Following the monitoring and evaluation of the objectives by the Implementation Team, we can say that the objectives assumed by the Funding Application have been achieved. Our experience and that of our partners in inclusive activities has given us an excellent perspective on this issue, making it clear that the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in our youth projects greatly enriches the program and provides long-term benefits. group, but also communities, creating and promoting sustainability models and methods of inclusion. The project idea started from a member of our team - Adrian Cocardan RO - is highly qualified in this field, with 4 years of experience in the field of inclusion, activities for young people with chronic diseases and another 10 in volunteering with children and young people with opportunities. reduced. He is an active youth worker in emphasizing the social change that these programs can create at all levels. All team members have rich experience working with young people with fewer opportunities and have met through E + projects, such as TOT “I, the trainer” 2017, “Non-formal education for social change” 2018 and various TC and YE at who has participated in various roles. We work together to provide quality programs for young people and youth workers that will make a real impact, based on European values. In this way, the objectives were achieved during the implementation of the youth workers' project 1 They developed knowledge related to inclusion and inclusive non-formal methods, which were then applied in their organizations, where they come from. They also disseminated in organizations a fact that brought added value to the organization. These were acquired by methods such as: - Public coffee - Living library We "moved" the workers from the comfort zone to the learning zone. During this session I came into contact through topics with the ideas and perspectives of the participants in the proposed fields. This session was an introduction to the main theme of the project and provided a general framework for getting into more specific topics. In the Living Library method, we combined storytelling on inclusion with sharing personal stories about inclusion among participating youth workers. 2 They have developed training skills and expertise in working with young people using non-formal methods and mobility experiences. This goal has been achieved through activities such as: - Outdoor activity - Pyramid Challenge Purpose: to support your skills development and practical use of the knowledge gained, in addition, teamwork has developed their adaptation to group dynamics and their teamwork skills. 3 They have developed an awareness of the need to integrate inclusive education methods in their work, in order to change for the better the situation of young people in the local communities where they came from. - workshops-working activities with young people with reduced opportunities - Take action Purpose: we also provided tools for inclusion and adapted the activities to create an inclusive environment. Participants interacted in small groups with locals and discussed the current situation and inclusion measures in the area. The debriefing and reflection activities helped both the trainer and the youth workers in achieving the project objectives
