The project "Gender (IN) equality" ,founded by ASOCIATIA DESIGN THINKING, was held in Aiud, between 1.01.2021 – 28.02.2022. The purpose of the project was to analise the myths about the role of men and women in the social status and also change the perspectives and the ways of interactioons that have led to this situation. The project was made in order to: 1. Inform 40 young people from Romania, Greece, Serbia, Hungary about the efects of gender stereotypes in choosing future careers, so they will be more aware of this inevitable impact. 2. Learn new methods for promoting social inclusion and breaking the gender stigma through 3 non-formal methods Debate, Photo Voice and Living Library during 12 days. 3. Gain social skiils for helping to solve the genders issue through 40 young people from 4 different culture within 12 days 4. Establish a network source of communication for the 40 young people, with the purpose of finding indirect beneficiares from both urban and rural locations. The young people were able to understand and create their own points of view on this topic through the activites and tehnics presented on the project.
