The objective of this proposal for a youth exchange was to establish a supportive environment where participants could utilize elements of non-formal education to foster personal and professional growth, thus enhancing their prospects for workforce integration. To accomplish this overarching goal, we successfully achieved the following four objectives: 1. We provided a necessary theoretical framework for a group of 28 participants from 7 countries, enabling them to identify and discuss the factors that hinder young people's integration into the labor market, along with the associated risks. 2. Through four two-day sessions, we facilitated the exploration of the participants' personal abilities and potential, allowing them to gain awareness of their unique talents and values. 3. Over the course of four days, the 28 participants engaged in non-formal activities designed to develop their social, civic, and multicultural skills and attitudes. These skills are essential for sustainable integration in the job market and for promoting European values among young individuals. 4. The project provided an opportunity for the 28 participants to showcase their competence in applying the acquired skills and knowledge. They achieved this by organizing and conducting 8 workshops for 200 high school students from Colegiul National Unirea, Brasov, Romania.
