The mobility of youth workers is organized in Romania, Covasna county, in rural areas in Vârghiș commune, the project provides opportunity for the 32 youth workers from 8 countries (Romania, Hungary, Poland, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey), to accumulate and to spread knowledge, methods in the field of environmental education and sustainable development in indoor and outdoor space through a non-formal context. The project responds to the challenges faced by each youth worker involved at the level of each partner organization, in educating young people in local communities on the project. During the 9 months of the project, a network of youth workers will be developed, which will strengthen international relations at the organizational level, the exchange of experience in the field of non-formal education. Purpose: Deepening, sharing and collecting knowledge, methods, examples of good practice on environmental education and sustainable development at the 8 non-governmental organizations involved in the project. Specific objectives: Ob. 1 - development of a network of education on the environment and sustainable development, consisting of 32 youth workers from 8 different countries and different non-governmental organizations. Ob. 2 - ensuring an international framework, renewal, adaptation of new methods of education in the non-formal field, for 32 youth workers from 8 countries participating in the project. Ob. 3 - increasing the knowledge of 32 youth workers from 8 non-governmental organizations, in the topics: local economy, sustainability, local natural resources, methods of reducing the appearance of carbon, among the 6 days of mobility activities.
