The aim was: - To increase the capacity of 34 social youth workers on supporting a person's rights to have a say in their own recovery and building a person's capacity as way to improve the social and economical development for better life quality of young refugees based in Europe. The objectives were: - To train 34 social youth workers that can work properly with young refugees resettlement program for advance fundamental principles of European Systems and opportunities of integration and solidarity. - To increase the availability among social youth workers to work in the social and economical development, within local communities involving and open process for accepting young refugees in their actions. - To increase the social and economical understand on young refugees as way to promote diversity, deepen the values of freedom, tolerance and promotion of human rights and cohesive communities. - To increase the social youth workers motivation to introduce into social responsibility and economical learning by creating conditions to support youth refugees on their own inclusive and fair existing programme in Europe. - To support immigrant organizations and local associations that work with young refugees to provide better social and economical programme, especially policies that increase the life quality of young refugees. - To develop the quality criteria on policies intervene in social and economical development practices for social youth workers and their contribution to youth organization’s needs, capacity on young refugees integration in European society. Although it was very challenging to fully implement the programme due to the Covid-19 impact, we kept qualifying actions to stimulate and encourage the generation of work opportunities, social and economical development, as well as promote entrepreneurial vision, with subsequent insertion into the European society of young refugees. These two years were the most challenging we have ever faced in our organization. However, our partners allowed us to see that irrespective of the Covid-19 pandemic, we still had to find appropriate and safe ways to implement the project and consider intervening in various international social and economical contexts affecting youth refugees community in Europe.
