"Hamonise“ was a project from 2021 to 2022 whose main activity was a Youth Exchange on the topics of music and environmental sustainability. The general objective of the project was to offer a creative space to young participants in which they could express themselves freely and without conditionings, increasing self-confidence and experiencing music as a way powerful way to convey messages to eachother, the community the world. The objectives of the project were: - Gathering 20 young people from 4 European countries and different cultural and social contexts, with the aim of exploring their own musicality and raising awareness on environmental issues; - Supporting and promoting intercultural learning and the key competences of the Program; - Supporting international and local initiatives in implementing personal expression activities; - Sharing good practices among our partner organizations, with the aim of improving the partnership by supporting each other, sharing new effective methods in the field of personal expression, creativity and social inclusion, planning future activities in cooperation; - Developing own creativity, sense of initiative and flexibility; - Actively involve the participants in planning common goals realizable through specific actions; - Promoting the program, the project and its results in the different communities where participants come from, through the planned dissemination activities.
