We wanted to achieve providing solutions and awareness to social problems related to gender inequality. These social problems were faced all over the world and becoming more serious day by day. Also, we tried to tackle the problems such as discrimination, and negative prejudices in the partner countries, our organizations and our daily lives. We tried to develop and improve participants' knowledge and understanding of various concepts on gender issues, and analyze traditions, roles, and perceptions of gender in different countries. The main aim of the training course was to bring together youth workers from Europe in order to enhance their cooperation in the field of gender and give them a platform to develop their new projects and ideas within the possibilities given under Erasmus+. It was a unique opportunity for participants coming from different organizations. The objectives of the TC were the followings: - to learn about gender equality and share/compare the realities, - exchange experiences between youth workers and young people on the difficulties to find a gender balance in terms of participation of women, - to develop participants' knowledge and understanding of various concepts related to gender issues and emphasize the importance of gender equality in youth work and other areas, - to promote gender equality in youth work and international youth projects, - to facilitate a networking process among participants and promote new common projects related to gender - to develop the quality of support systems for youth activities and the capability of youth organizations to create new partnerships.
