With the project "Created for movement: Merging mind and body" we wanted to "set up a ladder" with young people on the basis of which we can climb for faster independence of young people who are not destroyed by shocks, but become better from shocks. Already, young people are educating themselves longer than previous generations, so it is harder for them to take a step into the world of adults and adopt all the progress and institutions of our society. The gap is often large and often our young generation is described as lacking in ambition, energy and work habits. In addition, we are experiencing an outbreak of the coronavirus, where the health crisis has already spilled over into the economic crisis and is taking its toll, especially in the human psyche and, consequently, in the very meaning of life. At the same time, technological advances and robotics are growing and more and more people will have to figure out how they can become productive and realize their potential. From here, our conceptual design of the project grew, because through many years of training and coaching with young people, we directly hear and see their wishes, needs and needs. Our primary goal was for participants to create a skill set for the symbiosis of the mental and physical spectrum. This project was aimed primarily at young people who want something more from themselves to build better physical and mental ability. Our goal was to provide knowledge on the key spectrum of personal and social development; the union of mind and body. Therefore, our project concept was set with a symbiosis of both states: mental & physical spectrum. The project itself concerns two key strands: I. BODY SPECTRUM: Self-defense and attention training, Zazen reflection, Strength training, Sound therapy II. MENTAL SPECTRUM: The core of the European idea, tolerance and progress, psychology of conflict, oratory skills, simulation-maze of life, Body-Mind Acting With the project, we aimed at the above-mentioned issues for investment in our health and, more broadly, in a healthy workforce, a healthy economy. With the new techniques and effective activities we discussed in the project, our goal was cross-border cooperation, exchange of knowledge and resources of each other to build together to improve our health and social system. Therefore, it was to carry out a project that focused on youth and especially youth with fewer opportunities, which are a key part of achieving personal improvement and consequently progress in national development. The Erasmus + program seeks above all to help and promote the inclusion of young people who are excluded from the system and the social environment. In particular, the promotion of young people with fewer opportunities is one of the key factors in youth exchanges. Therefore, we decided to carry out a youth exchange project so that we could directly strengthen and help young people in particular with fewer opportunities. Young people from vulnerable groups lack self-confidence, where the main problem is fear and the role of victims. All this takes them out of the way of improvement and that is exactly what we wanted to solve with this project. We have created a set of skills needed for a rational, successful, healthy and inclusive individual. A healthy lifestyle includes basic knowledge of coaching and body control, making it more flexible and controlled at the same time. Therefore, we also included attention and martial arts training. It is important to know that learning martial arts not only creates strong individuals, but also peaceful individuals who respect each other. Healthy living must also be achieved through appropriate humanities training, which is often neglected. We provided oratory skills to overcome our fear of communication. We provided basic skills in the psychology of conflict and peace. All this in the basic interactive part of our project, where our purpose is to raise awareness and expand mental and physical abilities. The goals of our project were: - Our noble goal is for each individual to set out with a fuller set of skills and knowledge to cope with their life problems and better integrate into the social environment - Our main idea is to equip each individual participant with the knowledge and values necessary for personal success and development - Our ultimate goal is a peaceful developing society - Raising awareness of a healthy lifestyle and a thinking society - Expanding the final promotional video on "CREATED FOR MOVEMENT" awareness
