The main goals of the project "Who is young Europe" are to enable young people an active mobility, where they will be able to present themselves to their peers and the international public at event Impro Move day in Pionirski dom in Ljubljana. The project will strengthen young participants with important experiences, competencies and skills that will help them to perform confidently on stage, as well as other individual and social competencies that they can use in everyday life, such as independence, cooperation, taking responsibility for initiatives, adaptation, independent expression, physical expression and relaxed communication in different situations. Through fun games, exercises and other tools, young people will acquire these competencies, connect with each other, explore other cultures and open up space for different ideas and initiatives. Through various exchange activities, young people will also receive additional knowledge in the field of verbal and non-verbal communication, as the main artistic tools for the work are theatrical improvisation and creative movement. Through the project, the young participants will introduce themselves to their peers who have similar interests as them, and at the same time they will introduce each other with their local and national specifics as well. The key part of the exchange will be, on the one hand, the independent performance of all groups, which will present their good practices and the joint creation and search for mutual similarities and commonalities, on the other hand. Thus, at the Impro Move day, the young will also present themselves with a joint performance. Young people will have the opportunity to be seen, heard and taken into account, they will gain new experiences in how to find themselves in new situations and on the evaluation day through various activities and games they will receive insight into their acquired competencies and identify possible wishes and initiatives for future projects.
