By implementing the project 'Youth work through the game of tarok', we wanted to achieve the following: - to become familiar with the problem of the lack of young people in organizations/clubs that play tarok in all three participating countries (Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Poland) and to develop an open debate on this topic with the exchange of experiences. As well as the lack of young people in societies, the problem is the low participation of women. - to find ideas and possible solutions for the situations that have arisen in the member states. One of the solutions is to select young workers to work with young people The main objectives of the project were: - to familiarize project participants with youth work - to offer participants the training for youth workers - to introduce the participants in to the youth work Since in this case we are dealing with organizations that mostly have older members and competitors (the average age is well over 50, probably more than 60 in Slovenia), we have activated youth workers in each organization to help at the project. In our association TDP, our member was participating, who at the same time leads a non-governmental organizations, which has experience with youth work in the Erasmus+ program. Through him, we included an experienced youth worker in the activity in Poland. She helped with communication with Polish partners and with the first information for them. The Czech partners managed to activate their member, who is also a sports coach and has experience working with young people. TDP also included in the project a person with experience with young people, a long-term pedagogical worker.
