Our activity has started out of a survey made by each organization involved in this consortium supported by finding from European RAY research. We have been studying and trying to find and create activities which may support young people in this period of crisis of Covid-19. Out of our researches and if we also go and check statistics this crisis is going to affect at global level in many categories. Young people in our case are one of the most affected categories, we wanted to focus also on young people with fewer opportunities. Lockdown, measures of safety for the pandemic, lack of support from governments who also have been caught unprepared in the management of this crisis have been the causes who brought to bad consequences on young people like - lack of motivation, - mental issues, - difficulties on relationships, - unemployment, - lack of tools to tackle the crisis, - lack of ability to adapt to issues and find solutions - bad habits and unhealthy lifestyles ... These were the main issues arose during this crisis for young people. All the consortium was trying to provide support and help for young people during this moment and we have shared all our practices and we thought that especially in this moment community makes the difference, so to join our forces to debate, exchange expertise, create concrete tools to help young people in these kind of moments. Moreover, we have noticed lack of tools on crisis management and also the lack of an approach on planning crisis and working with risk assessment for both youth workers and also young people consequently. So, through our project we wanted to try to fill the needs of young people to provide them tools to overcome COVID-19 crisis and also to have tools, competences to manage future crisis also just in their personal and professional life. We will created a Arrow in crisis (manual) for young people which of course could be also a useful tool for youth workers to share with their youngsters and also develop further actions.
