The purpose of implementing our project was to reduce unemployment, particularly among the youth, and alleviate the societal chaos and negative impacts caused by this issue. We aimed to contribute to the integration of young people into the labor market by developing policies that would help individuals become productive members of society. In this process, we focused on the incorrect career choices influenced by societal and parental pressures. Our objectives included enabling young people to understand their appropriate career choices, prevent the despair caused by wrong career goals, and resolve the indecision experienced by the youth in their career processes. The main objectives of our project were as follows: 1. Assisting individuals in understanding their appropriate career choice and preventing incorrect career decisions. 2. Fostering awareness about correct career choices in society and among parents. 3. Illustrating the negative outcomes of the perception of popular and guaranteed professions, and developing policies to combat these perceptions. 4. Investigating and learning new strategies in the job-finding process: Understanding techniques of job interviews, negotiations, CV, and motivation letter preparations. 5. Supporting the personal and professional development of the youth, and enhancing their social and entrepreneurial skills. 6. Contributing to the career processes of the youth and helping them overcome their vocational indecisions. 7. Promoting cultural learning and collaboration among project partners. 8. Advancing active citizenship and EU citizenship skills among the youth. In addition to these, enhancing the abilities to learn to learn and active learning, fostering teamwork and collaboration consciousness, eliminating prejudiced thoughts, and promoting the understanding and widespread use of programs such as Erasmus+, Youthpass, Europass CV were also among the significant objectives of our project.
