Objectives

Within the scope of our project, it is aimed to research innovative trends, adapt, develop and disseminate these implementations to be used in youth work. With the project, experiential learning studies were carried out through three innovative implementations (plogging, upcycling and gamification) and research was carried out on the discovery of different implementations. Thanks to the training course organized, youth workers have learned all the information they need in the process of bringing new trends to youth work, and with the strategic planning they have developed, they have both helped to improve the institutional capacity of their organizations, and have been able to diversify and improve their fields of influence. The following goals, which we wanted to achieve within the scope of our project, were achieved one by one. - Learning innovative trends and disseminating good practices among youth workers and youth organisations, - Diversification of activities within the scope of youth work, - Supporting the personal, social and professional development of youth workers, - Increasing the institutional capacity of youth organizations, - Dissemination of non-formal and informal learning, - Delivering the concept of gamification in education and youth work to large masses, - Developing creativity in youth work, - To produce projects that will enable young people to use their free time in the most efficient way, - Developing strategies for disadvantaged youth to benefit from youth work, - Announcing youth opportunities to young people, especially the Erasmus+ program, and ensuring that young people benefit from these opportunities.
