We are well aware that it is not easy for some young people to benefit from the opportunities offered by the Youth in Action Programs. Many young people fail to participate in such programs for a variety of reasons. Some of them are unsuitable for their socio economic status, some belong to minority groups that have previously been discriminated against, some live in disadvantaged and remote areas, and some have barriers. As AKDOSD Association, we prefer not to work in line with “disability projects olan which lead to the isolation of young people with disabilities. Our preference is “mixed skill projects eden that encourage peers with or without disabilities to come together in a meaningful and positive context, regardless of their skills or barriers in the process. Our vision as an association is to be inclusive and to ensure the participation of all young people, including 15% of the disabled, in our activities as part of our mission. In this project, we want to bring together young people with dyslexia , disabled young people with learning difficulties, to facilitate the integration of young people with disabilities into society, to increase their selfesteem and self-esteem and to raise awareness about these disabled young people with disabilities. Our aim is to encourage young people in need of special attention to communicate with mixed skill extreme sports and various activities in social environments and to create healthy environments that can be included in the society. Such a work will be a real life experience on behalf of our group and other youth workers. This international project will inevitably broaden the horizons of young people. Participating young people will learn more about themselves as they discover new cultures and people. With the implementation of our project, we will have the opportunity to demonstrate to our environment that the European Union and Erasmus + program give importance to everyone with disabilities as well as local and national.
