Objectives

Multicultural youth within our partners and our institution are excluded due to their differences(culture, skin color, language, etc.)as a result their social integration, social inclusion processes are slowed down. These young people, who are perceived as a minority and marginalized, only establish relationships with their culturemates because they are not accepted as 'normal' in the society and they feel that they are not socially accepted As a result, clicks occur, social integration with the society slows down due to the inability to communicate with other people, interaction between cultures decreases and social integration processes almost come to a halt.Discovering new cultures, habits and lifestyles through peer learning, which is one of the primary objectives of the EU youth policy among young people, prevents the fulfillment of the goal of strengthening values such as solidarity, democracy and friendship. Setting out from the primary goal of the EU 2020 strategy;adopting democratic values, social cohesion, active citizenship and intercultural interaction,we will use the "unifying and healing" power of art in order to increase the quality of the services and education provided in our institutions,to add value to the existing cultural richness and to create a common culture unique to our institutions. We aim to present a different perspective to the problems with our project developed within the framework of the multicultural theme.Undoubtedly, young people, who come together with individuals from different cultures and experience an artistic experience that encompasses and enriches cultural diversity, will have a quality and peaceful standard of living in European standards by developing their attitude of respect, understanding and tolerance Within the scope of our project,it is aimed to lay the foundations of active participation in democratic life and social harmony, free from worries and in the light of the principle of "Unity in Diversity" by blending the unifying feature of the diversity inherent in art and the cultural richness of our institutions. We will be the pioneer of change by revealing the dynamics of youth, developing a different perspective, empathy and peer cooperation. This change will reach from our personal environment to the local,to the nation and ultimately to the transnational with our project partners. We aim to expand our capacities in different, universal, qualified and European standards by adding the European continent to our naturally occurring multicultural atmosphere with young people from Asian and Africa continents who study at our institution, and by presenting a synthesis of our own cultures to our European partners. In our youth, we want to create positive results in cognitive, affective and behavioral dimensions with the development of multicultural awareness and artistic understanding and spirit, and to bring an innovative mindset to our institutions, our stakeholders and our target audience in social areas, by adopting this ability and understanding as a mission,we plan to integrate this understanding into our education models. In this context, the objectives of our project are; -Ensuring humanitarian initiatives to understand and value different cultures -Finding applicable and permanent solutions to the social adaptation, inclusion and integration problems experienced by young people with different cultures from their surroundings; thus, increasing the quality of social environment and interaction by helping them overcome the sociocultural and psychological difficulties they experience -Spreading the awareness that cultural difference will reveal not discrimination but diversity in society and that, these differences will not prevent people from being a part of society;on the contrary, this will bring wealth -Accelerating the integration of disadvantaged individuals who have not been involved in EU programs or project processes before,to acquire skills related to project processes and the functioning of EU programs -Reducing early school dropout rates due to the reasons of being alienated, being isolated and not being understood -Increase the chances of young people to have a qualified and peaceful living standards in European standards with the help of the solutions obtained through the project -Gaining different perspectives within the European identity, to establish empathy, to find solutions to problems with cooperation, to be unifying rather than discriminatory, to think critically, etc. -Enabling young people to successfully manage their adaptation processes;to acquire basic competencies and skills such as teamwork, leadership, crisis management, problem solving and critical thinking in order to support their personal, psychosocial development and to ensure continuity -Raising awareness of European languages -Studying in a different country and ultimately to make our institutions attractive -Helping young people develop perspectives with the contributions of our EU member partners
