The special purpose of the Careerland project, prepared by Worldest Association, is in Mecidiye, Keşan/Edirne for 9 days between 28.10.2022 and 05.11.2022; With the participation of 43 young people from Romania, Czech Republic, Italy, North Macedonia, Lithuania and Turkey, it is to increase employability and promote entrepreneurship by enabling them to develop themselves in career planning, entrepreneurship, relevant competence - skills and communication. Main Objectives of the Project: - To develop the skills of 37 young people in the fields of entrepreneurship, career planning and communication, - To encourage entrepreneurship with the example and encouragement of positive models, - To increase employability by developing key competences and social skills, - To ensure that the participants know themselves and are aware of their competencies, - To encourage young people to respect intercultural communication, interaction and diversity, - To include participants with fewer opportunities. The project partners were selected from among the countries and non-member countries with higher youth unemployment rates in the European Union compared to other member countries, and Macedonia and Turkey also have the highest youth unemployment rates in the continent. With the implementation of the project, there are needs to increase the employability of the youth in these countries by developing their key competencies, to prepare a CV, to examine a sample model, to create and implement individual-corporate communication strategies. In addition, it was aimed that the participants will understand the lifestyles of their peers in different geographies and become aware of EU values by carrying out the mobility in Turkey. In addition, it is aimed to develop relations between non-governmental organizations and public institutions by making local and regional cooperations and to gain more trust of local people to the program.
