Objectives

Throughout history, people have felt the need to live together and in this way, social life began to manifest itself. Culture and material values such as works of art, belief, language, religion, thought, attitude, behavior, customs and traditions that are unique to a society or community are called culture. In order for nations to survive, transferring culture to future generations is of great importance. But with the rapid advance in technology, globalization, which has increased in the late twentieth century, has become a threat to our cultures, which are unique to societies. The commitment of societies to their own culture and their transfer to the future is also an indication of their respect and commitment to their culture. We think that the more the studies carried out in this field is increased, the more successful the preservation of cultural values will be. Following our research, we have come together to protect our intangible cultural heritage. We aim to transfer these values to the future by protecting young people through young people's awareness of the importance of intangible cultural heritage values in our lives. In this context, our main objective is to raise awareness of young people about their intangible cultural heritage in their geographies and to protect these values by increasing their interest and awareness levels. Our special objectives in our project are as follows; 1- To provide opportunities and activities for intangible cultural heritage 2- To bring intangible cultural heritage values to the forefront in the value changes realized with the globalizing world 3- To make the values of intangible cultural heritage more visible in daily life 4- To increase the existing knowledge of young people about intangible cultural heritage 5- To raise awareness about the protection and transfer of intangible cultural heritage values to the future
