“Climate Action Leaders for Green Europe” Projesi, sürdürülebilir, adil ve refah bir Avrupa için, 18 – 30 yaş arası gençlerin iklim değişikliği konusunda farkındalıklarını ve bilgilerini arttırmayı, iklim eylemi liderleri olarak becerilerle donatmayı amaçlamıştır. Proje gençler arasında işbirliği, demokratik ve sivil yaşama katılımlarını sağlayarak sürdürülebilir bir gençlik ağı oluşturmuştur. Hedefler; -Türkiye, Portekiz, İspanya, Bulgaristan ve İtalya’dan toplamda 42 genç iklim değişimi alanında bilgi, deneyim ve becerilerini geliştirmek üzere bir araya gelmiştir -Yenilikçi, non-formal metotlar ve dijital araçlarla donatılmış faaliyetler ile gençler iklim eylemi liderliğinde gerekli olan “İklim değişimi hakkında derin bilgi ve anlayış, Avrupa’nın iklim eylemi yaklaşımı ve Avrupa Yeşil Anlaşması hakkında bilgi, Medya aracılığıyla iletişim ve hikaye anlatıcılığı, gençler arası, yerel halk ve karara alıcılar ile diyalog, problem çözme ve tasarım odaklı düşünme ” gibi yeni becerilerle güçlendirilmiş ve bu becerileri belgeleyen Youthpass sertifikasına sahip olmuşlardır -Gençler Sürdürülebilir Yeşil bir Avrupa için projeler üretmişler ve fikirlerini karar alıcılara iletebilecekleri bir fırsata sahip olmuşlardır -Projeye katılan 42 gencin katkılarıyla, yerelde yaşayan dezavantajlı gençlere yönelik “Sürdürülebilir Yeşil Bir Gelecek İçin Nasıl Etki Yaratabilirim?” rehberi oluşturulmuştur -Projedeki her 1 katılımcı, kendi ülkesine döndükten sonra en az 10 genç ile proje deneyimini paylaşmış, üretilen rehberi tanıtmış ve bu sayede toplamda en az 420 gence ulaşılmıştır. Bu gençler iklim eylemi, iklim eyleminde gençlerin rolü, Yeşil Avrupa hedefleri ve Erasmus+ hakkında bilgilendirilmişlerdir -Projeye katılan partnerlerin proje süresince elde ettikleri deneyimler, öğrenilen dersler, kullanılan yöntemler, elde edilen sonuçlar ve yaratılan etkinin aynı alanda çalışan STK’lar ve gençlik grupları ile paylaşıldığı bir Online Proje Dergisi oluşturulmuştur. The “Climate Action Leaders for Green Europe” Project aimed to increase the awareness and knowledge of young people aged 18 to 30 on climate change and to equip them with skills as climate action leaders for a sustainable, fair and prosperous Europe. The project created a sustainable youth network by ensuring cooperation among young people and their participation in democratic and civic life. Goals; - A total of 42 young people from Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria and Italy came together to improve their knowledge, experience and skills in the field of climate change. - With activities equipped with innovative, non-formal methods and digital tools, youth climate action leadership needs deep knowledge and understanding of climate change, European climate action approach and European Green Deal, Communication and storytelling through the media, youth-to-youth have been empowered with new skills such as “dialogue with local people and decision-makers, problem solving and design thinking” and have obtained the Youthpass certification documenting these skills. -Young people have produced projects for a Sustainable Green Europe and have an opportunity to convey their ideas to decision makers. - With the contribution of 42 young people participating in the project, “How Can I Make an Impact for a Sustainable Green Future?” guide has been created for disadvantaged young people living in the local area. - Each participant in the project shared their project experience with at least 10 young people after returning to their home country, introduced the guide produced, and thus, at least 420 young people were reached in total. These young people were informed about climate action, the role of young people in climate action, the Green Europe goals and Erasmus+ - An Online Project Journal has been created in which the experiences of the partners participating in the project, the lessons learned, the methods used, the results obtained and the impact created are shared with the NGOs and youth groups working in the same field.
