https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQpd24miWMQ In this project, the 60 participants have prepared for an active life, and they have diminished the NEET youth discrimination and also of those with limited resources. Combining the methods of non-formal education and games, they helped the youth to gather key competencies. All this information was gathered by the members of the Coordination Team after applying 247 questionnaires within each organization and 38 street interviews in order to identify the youth needs. Then the data gathered was centralized on G-Drive and sent to the team to write the project. Need of partners were: - low visibility in local community - have many youths who are NEET and present social risk - have many youths who did not participate in the E + project - they need to grow operationally - - through new volunteers, leaders and youth workers - the objectives of the partners are common: supporting young people in the labor market and acquiring key competences through non-formal education methods Objectives: 1. Acquired the key competencies for the 60 participants which helped them to lead an active life, over the 8 months of project implementation 2. They have involved in the project of 30 youth with few opportunities (economic and educational) in order to have better selfconfidence over the 8 months of project 3. We fought social exclusion within the 60 participants by involving them in new methods of non-formal education and created an intercultural environment over the 8 months of the project 4. We have developed the partnership between the 6 partnering NGO and mutual help by operational growth, experience exchange between partners and mentorship for the 60 youth involved over the 24 months of the project.
