As young people who experienced the devastating problems of unemployment, we were in search of a solution to unemployment.We decided to write and implement this project by making use of the practices in European countries in order to reduce these problems a little bit, to take steps for studies that can save young people from this problem, and to find solutions. The objectives of the project were as follows; -To discuss the employment problems of young people and the effects of employment problems with their actors -To work differently with unemployment organizations and NGOs working in unemployment -To examine the studies conducted at the European level and see their good activities -To create networks on youth unemployment -To improve the self-confidence of young people in EU -To bring young people from different countries together to raise awareness of the effects of unemployment, which is the common problem of Europe and our country, by encouraging young people in European citizenship -Supporting active citizenship, promoting solidarity among young people and promoting mutual tolerance -To gain sustainable partnerships and to develop entrepreneurship Our Project Goals were as follows: -Improving Intercultural Knowledge, Solidarity and Respect -CV Preparation and Creating Organization Ability -Creating Organizations That Will Contribute to the Solution of Youth Unemployment -To train young people who can be active in projects and to ensure their project development -Helping Young People Develop Their Foreign Languages and Their Own Languages -Learning International Job Opportunities and Workspaces in Need of Workforce
