Objectives

The youth exchange ‘Challenge for under pressure life!’, Activity 1 of the project ‘Challenge for under pressure life!’ was implemented accordingly to the project application. It was implemented in the dates 03.12. - 11.12. 2021 (including travel days) in Zakopane, Poland. The general aim of our project was to spirit away from that the young people damage both themselves and the society and to ensure that they act according to this sentence ‘Look into your inside and find yourself in quiet’. With implementing Erasmus Plus Programs our aim was raising awareness among young people pointing them that taking this road together, we believe that the other young people will follow us. Our specific objectives were: • To show the consequences of not acting like themselves to the young people; • To make the young people gain awareness about the effects of social pressure and to prevent these bad effects from our young people who will raise a child in the future as well; • To give recommendations about what they can do when they encounter social pressure in their family, their friendships, in the school and job life; • To help them in the subject of getting close with the people by showing empathy; • To help them find a way to release themselves; • Promote non-formal learning; • Promote the principles of the Erasmus Plus projects. • Offer a space for intercultural integration, promoting a culture of dialogue, tolerance and greater understanding; • Offering the opportunity to implement communication in a foreign language (English); • Promoting youth mobility at the European level; • enhancing active citizenship, both on community and on international level; • developing skills and attitudes of pro-activeness and critical thinking; • Achieve self-confidence for presentation and talking; • Improve the position of young people in Europe in society. The needs of the young people to whom this project was addressed were: - Lack of information about youth projects; - the need to promote Erasmus+ in local community; - the need for promotion EU values in a country which has a different lifestyle than any other country in EU; - Promoting active citizenship and inclusion in social life in their communities; - Providing opportunity to stand out of the horizons and open minds The project objectives were in perfect harmony with the No Hate Speech, Movement enhancing solidarity, community, and fostering social inclusion to stand up against prejudices, discrimination, stereotypes and other types of degradation. Furthermore, activities of this project were created to link to the general priorities of Erasmus+ and KA1.
