Through learning different practices in the areas of restoration and special transfer techniques, students can be offered a wide range of teaching subjects.
The EACD is a European association that has set itself the goal of offering training in the stonemasonry trade that goes beyond the training for master craftsmen and provides experience around Europe. At the HTL-Hallein there is the only stonemasonry secondary school in Austria where young stonemasons and upcoming master stonemasons are trained. In this context, the goal is to transfer the knowledge, that was acquired in the project, to the students.
