FH Salzburg (FHS) is an active member of the European Higher Education Area and acknowledges internationalisation as a basic prerequisite for the attractiveness of the regional educational location. The project can be considered as a further evolution of the successful KA103 2020 project, in which a very large number of students and staff were given the opportunity to gain experience abroad. It was planned to maintain the high number of mobilities while implementing the new Erasmus+ programme and developing a new internationalisation strategy of FHS, in which a high-quality partner network is central. Digitalisation, inclusion and sustainability are therefore important themes in all internationalisation activities and strategy of FHS. As a result, the established mobility culture at FHS should be extended to students for whom access to international experience is not possible via long-term mobility. In the area of staff development, mobility should be more strongly valorised, for example as part of the higher education didactics portfolio, and contribute to the internationalisation of campus life. A strong focus was also placed on the quality of support and was taken into account in the reorganisation of the processes due to EWP.
