Based on the nature of our organisation and the activities we develop and deliver, and matching those with the priorities of the Erasmus programme, the objectives of our project were : - To reinforce our European network - Improve our knowledge and tools on integration, multiculturalism, diversity, multilingualism, European values - Acquire experience on tools and techniques to enhance the green dimension of project implementation - improve the overall quality of our mobility projects - improve the quality of our training offer
The mission of IHF’s is to contribute to the process of European integration, specifically through the development of joint projects, capacity building and promotion of the participation of not for profit organisations and local communities to European policies and programmes. We work towards this objective by bringing together professionals from different backgrounds, wanting to share – mainly on a volunteering basis- their experience. In this stream of action we organise different activities to involve in a practical manner organisations from different fields, mainly small NPOs and NGOs, local authorities from small communities, universities, associations, providing them with: specialised training in all issues related to project management, internationalisation, networking; networking events and actions; participation in joint activities, projects, events.
