We wish to pursue the internalization of our institution by offering to our students and teachers the possibility to live an international experience. Goal: to improve their professional abilities, share good practices, discover a country - a different culture - another language as well as themselves (reinforcement of the autonomy, learn to live alone and get around). An international experience can also help our students and young graduates to start their career. The Erasmus program is an added-value on a CV as well as an enrichment on both human and professional levels. The staff mobilities help with the reinforcement and preservation of professional abilities through the exchange of good practices, they contribute to the reinforcement of the different networks as well as the strengthening of the relationships and collaborations between institutions, therefore allowing the research and exchange projects to thrive. On an institutional level, they contribute to the improvement of the recognition and attractivity of our institution while nourishing our internationalization policy.
