With the implementation of the project and with Erasmus+ as an important partner, we wanted to achieve the following: - Motivate initiative and willpower so that expectations and goals could be met. - Increase the self-esteem, critical thinking, respect for diversity, adaptability, cultural openness and independence of students and teachers in order to reduce dropout rates and increase job satisfaction. - Increase the handling of diversity and inclusion so that there is more understanding and tolerance for/to others. - Increase the quality of education by gaining new insights, developing new skills in a professional workplace - Strengthen language skills and establish social contacts of both students and teachers which has importance both personally and professionally. - Building internationalization within the school and the international network. Also create new partnerships. - Strengthening European Citizenship in general
By obtaining a financial contribution, we were able to send the students and teachers out and give them the opportunity to further their education and expand their insights. By making use of the mobilities, the intention was that on the one hand the students could demonstrate a higher professionalism and that the teachers could improve the quality of their own education. To introduce the students to the nursing profession in all its facets ( knowledge and skills) and to see it as a global project. The mobilities were planned to have both short-term and long-term effect - To better align the relationship/requirements between education ( Vocational Education ) and labor market and achieve better professional qualifications. Including employability, diversity and inclusion. - To allow teachers to broaden their outlook; become more professional and innovative. To pass on/disseminate recent information to fellow colleagues , students and the labor market. - To acquire social skills and expertise and learn to exploit foreign languages. To let them experience the once-in-a-lifetime-experience. - To broaden internationalization within our organization
