Due to the nature of the doctoral programme docARTES (known to EPOS and defined in the ECHE), Orpheus Institute mainly focuses on staff mobility. Through staff mobility, the institute aims to: 1/ develop and implement (new) practices, methods and parameters for artistic research (in doctoral training and research) and share expertise with institutes, researchers, students and collaborators in all artistic and academic disciplines internationally. 2/ explore the field of technological and digital innovation to detect its potential and implications on creative performance practice and teaching, research methodologies, and job opportunities. 3/ initiate collaborative projects with HIs with a view to developing and implementing transnational creative and methodological practices in training and modus operandi at the relevant institutes. 4/ share institutional expertise and know-how with HIs to develop the field of artistic research, its implementation, evaluation and dissemination and its relationship with other fields of education and research. 5/ enrich the diversity of research cultures at the Orpheus Institute and other institutes.
